Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed exploring nearby Huaihai Park and People's Square. The hotel’s location is perfect, with tons of dining options in Xintiandi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free drinks at the front desk were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was fantastic! Definitely a good choice for a group getaway.

One downside was that the lobby felt a bit dark, which made the check-in process feel less inviting.

The ambiance was inviting, showcasing contemporary

art throughout the hotel. The location in Xintiandi was ideal, with plenty of dining options. However, we did encounter a minor issue during check-in that could use improvement.

The location is fantastic and the staff are notably helpful, especially John from concierge. They provided nice room designs and a great breakfast selection that genuinely surprised me.

Facilities need a major renovation!!! The gym equipment is outdated, restrooms desperately require upgrades, and the unpleasant odor in the room should be addressed for a more comfortable stay!!!

We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet! ! I mean, the variety was OUTSTANDING! They had everything from local noodle dishes to fresh pan-fried dumplings that were simply out of this world. My kids loved it and even asked for seconds!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This unique gem offered a true boutique hotel vibe that stole my heart! The mesmerizing contemporary art displayed all around the property kept me intrigued every moment. Plus, the location in that cool neighborhood was just the icing on the cake—perfect for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in local life!

The King Room with View was pretty spacious and had cool modern lighting. Bed was comfy and I liked the large TV. They have a nice setup for controlling lights and curtains, which felt fancy. The bathroom was decent but the colorful lighting was a bit dim. I enjoyed the view of Xintiandi from my room, but it didn't feel super luxurious. Couple of things could've been better, like the noise from outside and it could've used some freshening up.

Great service and beautiful decor. The buffet offered a fantastic variety. My room had amazing wood paneling and an iPad for room control. Enjoyed a perfect fusion dinner. The mojito was refreshing! 😊

the andaz has a fantastic location, just a short drive from pudong international airport. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of local dishes, and the staff were really attentive. our room had a colorful lit bathroom and a comfy bed, making our stay very enjoyable.

The King Room View was stylish and comfortable, providing a great space to unwind. Breakfast stood out with a delicious variety of authentic pastries and local dishes. While the gym was more basic than expected, the staff, particularly at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I did experience some challenges with room service responsiveness, and the air conditioning was not as efficient as desired.

Great location and helpful concierge! Music in the lounge was uncomfortably loud.
